agoeraは、「共感性」をテーマに制作をする画家/イラストレーターです。家、花、日常の風景など、普遍性のあるモチーフを、絵の具と筆を使い、敢えて筆跡を活かすように、できるだけ少ない手数で描いています。描き過ぎないことで、絵の中に余白が残り、鑑賞者の想像を掻き立てるイメージが生まれます。agoeraの代表的な作品である「家」シリーズも、住んでいる人やその人の暮らしなど、イメージを限定的なものにしないよう、家のディテールを省略して描かれています。
今回、新たに描き下ろした新作「Breath of blue」は、水面に揺らぐ柔らかな波が、どこまでも広がるような作品です。これは、福島県の猪苗代湖でカヤックに乗った時に見た光景を元に描かれました。
夢の中の景色や、いつかどこかで見たかのような記憶の中の映像を目にしているようにも感じさせるagoeraの作品。それは静かに、私たちの想像と五感を刺激します。

agoera is a painter and illustrator whose work centers around the theme of empathy. Using paint and brush, he depicts universal motifs—such as houses, flowers, and everyday scenery—with intentionally visible brushstrokes and a minimal number of gestures. By avoiding excessive detail, he leaves space within the composition, inviting the viewer’s imagination to fill in the gaps. In his signature “House” series, even the architectural details are deliberately omitted, so as not to confine the viewer’s impression of who might live there or what kind of life unfolds within. The ambiguity allows each person to project their own stories onto the work.
The new piece, "Breath of blue," was specially created for this occasion. Inspired by a kayaking experience on Lake Inawashiro in Fukushima Prefecture, it captures the gentle ripples spreading endlessly across the surface of the water.
agoera’s paintings evoke the feeling of a dreamscape, or a half-remembered scene glimpsed somewhere long ago. Quietly and subtly, his works awaken the viewer’s imagination and senses.
Born in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture. Currently based in Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture.
Graduated from the Department of Graphic Design at Tama Art University.
Completed the MJ Illustrations course (10th class).
