HOTEL ANONYMEのために作られたカップ＆ソーサー。カップの取手とソーサーは型を用いて成形しています。少し肉厚なフォルムと、一見プロダクトのようにも見える佇まいは、まるでホテルの備品のよう。そこに施された色鮮やかな釉薬が、竹村作品らしい作家性を感じさせます。プロダクトのような佇まいと、作家ならではの表現。その両輪を楽しめる一品です。

A cup and saucer created exclusively for HOTEL ANONYME. The handle of the cup and the saucer are shaped using molds. With its slightly substantial form and understated, almost industrial appearance, the set feels just like a piece of hotel tableware. The vivid glaze, however, brings the distinctive artistry of Yoshinori Takemura to the surface. Balancing the feel of a familiar product with the unique expression of an artist, this piece allows you to enjoy both sides in one.
